Use of the Service

Cadenced is a personal productivity and client management tool. Access is granted on an invite-only basis. You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Cadenced. We do not claim any rights over your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and handled.

Google API data

Cadenced connects to your Google account (Gmail and Calendar) to provide email and calendar features. This access is used solely to power the Service and is never shared with third parties. You can revoke access at any time via your Google account settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in any way that could harm the Service or other users.

Availability

We aim to keep Cadenced available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be updated, modified, or taken down at any time.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
